WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE PLACED! 

We ship to the address included in the shipping address at check out. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment (often same day) with the exception of orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday's. This does not include Holidays or weekends.

Shopify platform calculates shipping time frame estimates, not Sweet E's Boutique. This estimate DOES NOT include weekends or holidays, it is calculating business days. You can choose your shipping rate and speed at checkout for USPS and UPS.

If there is a holiday and the PO is closed it will be shipped the next business day. Your transit time is variable once the has been dropped off. Sweet E's Children's Boutique does not have control of USPS or UPS transit times once they have possession of your package. If shipping is delayed once they have possession, it is not the fault of Sweet E's Children's Boutique. Your tracking is included in your order status and can see times and dates of transit. 

There is a chance we discover an item(s) that you order is no longer in stock, we are human and technology isn't always faithful. If we discover this issue, we will fulfill the rest of your order and refund you for the items we no longer have in stock. 

Return Policy

-We accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and original condition within 20 days of original purchase date. All returns are exchange or store credit only, NO REFUNDS. 

-We accept returns of any Tonies or accessories purchased 20 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents.

-Return shipping expenses are at the expense of the buyer. We do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns. If 20 days have passed, we are unable to accept the return. The returned item(s) must be in the possession of Sweet E's Boutique within 20 days of the original date of purchase. If an item arrives after the 20th calendar day from the original date of purchase, we cannot process the return.

-Prior authorization to return/exchange a product must be granted prior to shipping. Please use a service that provides tracking to ensure delivery to Sweet E's Boutique 9470 Bradmore Lane Suite 102 Ooltewah, TN 37363.

-ALL returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit. 

-Unfortunately, once a package is shown accepted by the USPS we no longer have any part in the package and can not help replace lost package or offer refund or store credit. The tracking is provided in your purchase history, please contact USPS for any issues with shipping once it's been received by USPS. We highly encourage you purchase ROUTE shipping protection. 

-Once you receive your package you have 48 hours to notify us of any damage to the item. We do look over every item that is shipped. If there is damage to the item we will attempt to remedy with a replacement from the vendor. Damage to products will be dealt with appropriately.

-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE STILL FINAL SALE!

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after given Holiday.

Items not eligible for return/exchange include but are not limited to: BIBS pacifiers, pacifier clips, teethers, teething necklaces, pool floats, candies, foods, bubbles, undergarments, opened Tonies characters.
